The Minister for Water Resources has provided the following response on behalf of the Water and Rivers Commission: (1) One creditor and the amount was $4,706. (2) The following measures have been taken to expedite payments to creditors between 1 July 2006 and 31 December 2006: · formal review of the process and documentation of procedures, reviewing staff levels and appointment of appropriate staff to ensure compliance with TI323; · increased the number of payment runs being made. Water Corporation (1) Amount: $27.50 Number of creditors: 1. (2) Regular follow up of invoices registered but blocked for payment due to price variation or quantity delivered mismatch. Busselton Water Board (1) Nil. (2) Busselton Water actively pursued its creditors to encourage their involvement in new EFT processes between 1 July 2006 and 31 December 2006 Aqwest (1) Nil. (2) Not applicable.
