The state is seeking leave to appeal to the High Court on one aspect of the full court decision. The state is also in negotiations to settle compensation and facilitate future development in the Broome area. (2) Bardi Jawi native title determination application: Awaiting decision of the full Federal Court. (3) Ngarla native title determination application: Majority of the claim determined on 30 May 2007.
