Hon Samantha Rowe replied:I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question. I provide the following
answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.(1)
The Public Transport Authority has indicated that on initial review, it was engaged
by the head contractor on two projects. It may also assist the member to know
that Kerbing West was also engaged on four projects between 1995 and 2000 under
the leadership of Richard Court.
