I refer to Question on Notice No. 1938, and
the answer given, for each of the 1,777 blocks produced by the Department of
Housing in 2014, please provide the number of blocks by each price
band: (a) less than $100,000; (b) between $100,001 to $200,000; (c) between $200,001 to $250,000; (d) between $250,001 to $300,000; (e) between $300,001 to $350,000; (f) between $350,001 to $400,000; (g) between $400,001 to $500,000; (h) over $500,000; and (i) over $1,000,000?

The Department of Housing advises that the response to
Question on Notice No. 1938 (1)(f) was that
682
lots were produced by the
Department of Housing in 2014 as at 31March 2014, not 1 777.
In 2014, of the 682 lots produced to 31 March, the Department sold 438 residential lots (< 1 000sqm) to private buyers (purchase of a single lot by an individual purchaser).
