I refer to the Attorney General’s advice in 2018 to the Standing Committee on Uniform Legislation and Statutes Review, that the Department of Justice had resumed carriage of the repeal of obsolete legislation, which had previously been overseen by the Department of Finance and I ask, which of the statutes identified in Appendix 7 of the Committee’s Interim Report 79 fall into each the categories identified in Table 1 on page 10 of Report 124?
