For all agencies, departments and trading enterprises within the Minister’s portfolio of responsibilities: (a) how many officers in each department, agency or trading enterprise receive “Attraction and Retention" (ARB) benefits; (b) what is this number as a percentage of the organisation's workforce; (c) what is the total annual value of these benefits; and (d) since 1 July 2010, how many ARB arrangements have been reviewed and discontinued?

a. There are 26.5 FTE school psychologists receiving attraction and retention benefits in selected schools in the Goldfields, Pilbara and Kimberley Education Regions.
There are 22 FTE teachers, principals and school psychologists who work in behaviour centres in country areas receiving attraction and retention benefits.
There are two principals receiving attraction and retention benefits as part of the "Attracting Outstanding Principals" program.
b. As at payday 10 September 2015, the employees detailed above represented 0.1% of the total paid FTE for the Department.
c. In relation to (a) above, the 2014-15 annual value for attraction and retention is $230,116.
