All licensees (or at least one director of a licensee company), approved managers, other persons engaged in the sale, supply and service of liquor on licensed premises, (unless otherwise determined by the Director), and any other person required to do so by the Director (eg: promotions staff and crowd controllers), shall undertake an examination or complete an approved course of instruction in the responsible service of alcohol.
