(1)-(4) The new underpass is part of a City of Nedlands project for the construction of a road under the Perth to Fremantle railway between Stubbs Terrace and Railway Road in Shenton Park.
The Public Transport Authority provided project management on behalf of the City of Nedlands which is the ultimate asset owner.
It is suggested that these questions be referred to the City of Nedlands for a response.
