LOCAL GOVERNMENT — SUSTAINABILITY CHECKLISTS
I refer to letters sent by the minister’s department to every local government informing them of a standardised methodology that was used to assess information in their sustainability checklists against objective criteria. Noting the secrecy and uncertainty surrounding this process, I ask — (1) Will the minister provide the standardised methodology and objective criteria against which the councils’ checklists were assessed? (2) Will the minister provide a list of each local government showing what category rating they received? Hon PETER COLLIER
