I refer to questions on notice Nos 273 of November 13 2002 and 334 of November 27 2002 -
(1) Given that the Minister has not answered all the questions referred to in the above two questions will the Minister now provide answers to all the questions?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Will the Minister refer all these specific questions to the Cooke Review to ensure that the issues raised are thoroughly investigated and addressed in the review?
(4) If no to (3), why not?

I am advised: Answer: (1) to (4) These questions relate to the operations of KCGM in Kalgoorlie Boulder. As previously advised the Minister for State Development will examine the report of the review being conducted by Tony Cooke before making comment on the matters raised.
