I note that there were a record 164
assaults on police in the Kimberley in the 2022 calendar year and the sanction
rate for the financial year sits around 90 per cent.
(1) How many of the police officers
who were assaulted were hospitalised with injuries?
(2) What percentage of those
sanctioned in 2022 received a prison sentence?
(3) Why were some people not
sanctioned?
