(3) Convictions for non scheduled sexual and violent offences, conviction for Class 2 violent offence and three pending Class 2 sexual offence.

(5) 5 days for the Unit to issue the card where the initial response from CrimTrac is that there is no criminal record.
(a) 24 days for the Unit to issue the card where there has been an initial false match of name with CrimTrac that is subsequently cleared.
It takes approximately 3 to 5 days for the cards to arrive in the post.
(b) 43 days for the Unit to issue the card. Applicants receive their cards in the post 3 to 5 days after the card is issued.
