I refer to the Government’s commitment in 2021 to establish an Aboriginal‑led specialist FDV court in Broome, and I ask: (a) What is the current project status (planning, procurement, fit‑out, commissioning), and on what date did each stage commence; (b) What is the approved total budget and source of funds (by agency and program), and what has been expended to date (cash and commitments), itemised by financial year since 2021–22; (c) What premises will the court operate from (including whether within Broome Magistrates Court or an alternative location), and what capital or minor‑works are required to enable operations; and (d) Has an operating model been approved (including role of Elders/respected persons, referral pathways, eligibility, sentencing options, and integration with legal and support services such as the FDV One‑Stop Hub): (i) If so, please table it; and (ii) If not, when will it be approved?
