I refer to the report of January 2005, published by the Premier and titled ‘Gallop Governments Achievements 2001 to 2005’, at page 45 he claimed the following achievement -

Abolished the inappropriate behaviour put in place by the former Government including allowing sex offenders to go from Court to minimum security.
With respect to prisoners alleged to have been dealt with under the former Government in that manner -
(1) To which minimum security prison were sex offenders sent directly from Court?
(2) On how many occasions did this occur?
(3) On what dates did it occur?
(4) What are the names of those sentenced prisoners?
With respect to prisoners dealt with under your Government -
