I refer to the Safe2Say system, the anonymous online staff conduct reporting platform introduced by the Department of Education in February 2024, and I ask: (a) How many reports have been made through the Safe2Say reporting platform since its introduction; (b) How many of the reports since the introduction have been satisfactorily resolved; (c) How many reports were subsequently escalated; (d) how many reports remain open; (e) Since the inception of the Safe2Say platform has there been a decline in reports through the previous reporting system/s; and (f) will the data collected be reported to the parliament at any stage?
