(a-d) Mandatory training related to stalking legislation is included in the Family Violence Legislation Reform Act 2024 Awareness Package for all Western Australia Police Officers. The training package identifies stalking as an offence referencing a designated family relationship. Training related to stalking legislation is also included in the face-to-face training of new recruits – this training addresses links to prior relationships.
