I refer to the eight C-series train sets completed so far, and I ask: (a) what is the landed dollar cost of the railcar bodies / shells imported from India that make up those eight C-series train sets; (b) what is the total dollar cost of all other materials used to produce the eight train sets, other than the railcar bodies; and (c) what is the total dollar cost of manufacturing tools and labour used to produce the eight train sets?
