CRIME AND ANTISOCIAL
BEHAVIOUR — REGIONS
804. Mr V.A. CATANIA to the Minister for Police:
I have a supplementary question. Rampant
crime is playing a role in people leaving the town. What is the Minister for
Police doing to address the crime issue to reduce the number of people leaving
the town of Fitzroy Crossing, which is impacting the health system?

Again, in his questions in this
place, and through a grievance that was possibly the worst one I have ever
witnessed in almost 15 years in this place, the member constantly seeks to
divide communities in both his electorate and elsewhere.
Beyond that, the most disgraceful part of his behaviour is his shameless
attacks on the Western Australia Police Force. I will not cop it.
Several members interjected.
The SPEAKER : Members!
Mr P. PAPALIA : I will always
stand up for the WA Police Force, it does a great job, and it does a fantastic
job in Fitzroy Crossing.
