I refer to the Minister's corrected answer to Question on Notice No. 7676. I ask whether the Minister agrees that the orthophoto relating to the subdivision he referred to does not conform with the requirements of the City of Fremantle's Local Planning Scheme No. 4 (where structure plans are to contain a map drawn to a scale that clearly illustrates a proposal for a pedestrian network) as it does not include, amongst other things, a scale?

The Orthophoto forms part of the Local Structure Plan report adopted by Council and assists in the implementation of the structure plan. Figure 7 is indicative only and does not contain a scale.
