I refer to Legislative Council question on notice Nos 1181 and 1441, in relation to advertising material distributed by the Department of Transport, and I ask: (a) do the advertisers make arrangements directly with and pay the contractor that the Minister mentioned in both answers; (b) who is the contractor and what is the term of the contract; (c) will the Minister please provide a copy of the contract; and (d) if no to (a), will the Minister please provide the name of the individual advertisers and advertising costs charged to each in 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18?

(b) To The Point. The contract expires on 31 January 2019, however an extension to 30 June 2019 is currently being negotiated to maintain budget revenue for the remainder of the financial year.
