I refer to lots released in Dalyellup, and I ask: (a) why were there only 119 lots released in Dalyellup in 2013-14 when there is a land shortage in Bunbury; and (b) of the 119 lots released in Dalyellup in 2013-14: (i) how many were sold; (ii) what was the size of the lots; (iii) what was the minimum cost of the lots sold; (iv) what was the maximum cost of the lots sold; (v) how many of the lots were sold as affordable lots; (vi) how many of the lots were developed for public housing; and (vii) how many public housing dwellings were built?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a)
There was approval to subdivide 119 lots in 2013-14 and 114 new lots were released. In 2013-14, the Department maintained an average of 40 lots per month available for sale at Dalyellup from its new and existing stock, offering a selection of product type and price range.
