(b) can the Minister indicate when it is anticipated that the proposal of Stage 3 will commence;
(c) is the Minister aware that consultation with residents over this proposal broke down as confirmed in correspondence from the Member for Kingsley to residents, and that many residents failed to receive notification of the April 2008 meeting at Kanangra Reserve, Greenwood; and
(d) how will this lack of consultation be addressed?
