(1) Is the minister aware of recent native vegetation clearing in the Shire of Gingin at lots 114, 379 and 748 Ocean Farm Drive and 49 Smokebush Place, Ocean Farm? (2) Has the Department of Agriculture received a notice of intent for any of those clearing operations; and, if not, when will they be investigated? Hon KIM CHANCE

(1) No. (2) No. The office of the Commissioner of Soil and Land Conservation has not received a notice of intent for this clearing nor has it received a complaint that clearing has occurred.
