ABORIGINAL CULTURAL
HERITAGE ACT DOCUMENT — POLICE INQUIRIES
79. Ms L. METTAM to the Minister for Police:
I have a supplementary question.
Will the minister commit to obtaining information from police and advising the
house in relation to this matter; and, if not, why not?
Several members interjected.
The DEPUTY SPEAKER : Members!

I thank the member for her question—a
very strange question. The thing the member is referring to, of which I have no
knowledge, would be an operational matter if it were the type of thing that the
member is describing; in which case, I would not be aware of it. It is an
operational matter and not something that I involve myself with, so I cannot
really provide the member with any further advice.
