I refer to Banksia Hill Detention Centre and Unit 18, and I ask: (a) how many vacancies for Youth Custodial Officers (YCO) were there at each facility as of: (i) 1 January 2023; (ii) 1 February 2023; (iii) 1 March 2023; (iv) 1 April 2023; and (v) 1 May 2023; (b) how many total YCO shifts were unfulfilled at each facility during the months of: (i) January 2023; (ii) February 2023; (iii) March 2023; and (iv) May 2023 to date; and (c) how many total YCO shifts were unfulfilled at each facility on: (i) 9 May 2023; (ii) 15 April 2023; (iii) 27 February 2023; (iv) 12 January 2023; and (v) 31 December 2022?
