I refer to staff positions at the Department for Child Protection and Family Support (DCPaFS) created using section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 , and I ask : (a) how many 50(d) positions existed in the DCPaFS in each of the following years: (i) 2012-13; (ii) 2013-14; and (iii) 1 July 2014 to date; (b) how many 50(d) positions were abolished or reclassified, and in which offices were the positions located for each of the following years: (i) 2013-14; and (ii) 1 July 2014 to date; and (c) how many 50(d) positions are currently vacant, and in which offices are the positions located?
