I
refer your answer to
Legislative Council question on notice 2204 and aspects of that question which
have not been answered regarding the Minister’s visit to the Agricultural Region on Wednesday, 5 June 2019, and I ask again: (a) please
provide an unredacted copy of the Ministers itinerary and travel arrangements; (b) please
provide all briefing notes and advice provided to the Minister in relation to
meetings, functions and other commitments undertaken by the Minister; (c) please name those who
accompanied the Minister during the visit and at each meeting, function or
other commitments undertaken by the Minister, not just their position; (d) please
advise on what date, at what time and by what means were the Hon. Darren West
and the Hon. Laurie Graham advised of the Minister’s visit; and; and (e) if you again refuse
to provide information to Parliament when will you satisfy your legal
requirement under the Financial Management Act 2006 to notify the
Auditor General of your reasons for refusal?
