· Contribution towards the resurfacing of three synthetic tennis courts at the Scarborough Sportsmen's Club ($10,074 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund); and
· Contribution towards upgrading the floodlighting at Floreat Oval, Bennett Park, and Butlers Reserve ($60,532 in total from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund).
Western Power Corporation (now known as Western Power Networks)
· Continuation of the State Underground Power Program in Churchlands, and other transmission works in the electorate ($6.485 million).
(d) Capital Works expenditure totalling $1.018 million was allocated in the electorate of Ballajura in the 2005-2006 Budget. Details are as follows:

· Contribution towards the resurfacing of four multi-purpose courts at the Ballajura Primary School ($5,000 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund).
Western Power Corporation (now known as Western Power Networks)
· Completion of the construction of a second transformer at the Malaga Substation ($1.013 million).
(e) There was no Capital Works expenditure allocated in the electorate of Balcatta in the 2005-2006 Budget.
(f) Capital Works expenditure totalling $6.909 million was allocated in the electorate of Victoria Park in the 2005-2006 Budget. Details are as follows:
Department of Education and Training
· Improvements to traffic management at East Victoria Park Primary School ($50,000).
Western Australian Greyhound Racing Authority
· Maintenance and minor works at the Cannington race track ($455,000).
Western Power Corporation (now known as Western Power Networks)
· Establishment of a new 330kV transmission line on the Kenwick Link ($1.623 million);
· Land acquisition in Bentley ($2.492 million); and
· Ongoing works on the Cannington-Rivervale line ($1.633 million).
Department of Justice (now known as the Department of Corrective Services)
· Completion of a new Metropolitan Low Security Prison for Women ($656,000).
(g) Capital Works expenditure totalling $11.090 million was allocated in the electorate of Southern River in the 2005-2006 Budget. Details are as follows:

· Completion of additions and upgrades at the Gosnells Senior High School ($1.0 million).
Perth Market Authority
· Continuation of work on new facilities, extensions and maintenance to the Canning Vale Markets ($5.5 million).
Western Power Corporation (now known as Western Power Networks)
· Establishment of a new substation at Southern River ($4.435 million).
Department of Sport and Recreation
· Contribution towards the installation of floodlighting for the Southern Districts Netball Association ($6,900 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund);
· Contribution towards the construction of a wheeled sports facility at Jean Garvey Reserve ($101,829 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund);
· Contribution towards the installation of floodlighting, fencing, pitching cages, shade shelters and a grandstand for the Dale Districts Men's Softball Association at the Langford Sports Centre ($33,583 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund); and
Contribution towards the installation of floodlighting for the Thornlie Football and Sports Club at Thornlie Oval ($11,818 from the Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund).
