I refer to the operations of the business known as Kalgoorlie Cement Works, located at lot 3175 Wilson Street, Kalgoorlie, and the unlicensed operation of this business under the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987. (1) Why has this operation not been licensed before? (2) For how long has this business operated unlicensed? (3) What conditions will be placed on the operation of this business? It is not a prescribed premise and therefore does not require licensing.
