I refer to Infrastructure WA’s Major Infrastructure Proposal Assessment, which observed that “further refinement is required in relation to key functional characteristics to properly assess whether the final offer represents value for money”, and I ask: (a) what specific functional characteristics were identified as requiring refinement; (b) has a revised value-for-money assessment been undertaken since the report’s release; and (c) if yes to (b), will the Minister table the updated value-for-money assessment?
