Information provided below relates only for those sites where the Department of Communities (Communities) has employees delivering the service. Communities is unable to provide information on staff turnover for Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCO) or Community Service Organisations (CSO) delivering Target 120 services.
(1) Target 120 operates across 20 locations and may be led by Communities, an ACCO or a CSO,or in partnership between Communities, and ACCO and/or CSO.
For Communities led sites, the staffing model comprises three position full time equivalent (FTE) , which includes two Community Youth Support Workers and one Community Youth Officer.
Where sites are led in partnership, Communities provides one Community Youth Officer (CYO) and the ACCO or CSO provide FTE within the grant funding provided.
