(2) Have any of the roads on which the drive is based required upgrading?
(3) If yes, did this upgrading include widening of roads and were any trees of millable size required to be removed?

(3) Yes. (4) All millable karri was sent to private mills. Timber from Big Brook was handled by the Forest Products Commission and delivered to private mills. Timber from Giblett forest was handled by the Forest Products Commission, but some jarrah was delivered to the Department of Conservation and Land Management’s Lewis mill for use on structures within the national parks. Timber from Warren National Park was handled by the Forest Products Commission and delivered to private mills. Only timber unsuitable for processing was burnt.
