I refer to the Geraldton facility of the prisoner transport company G4S. (1) Under the government’s contract with G4S, what is the minimum staff requirement at that facility? (2) Is there a requirement to report to government if the minimum is not met? (3) Was this facility understaffed at any time during the month of October 2010; and, if so, on how many occasions?
