a)
(i-iii)   The Western Australia Police Force can undertake actions to prevent an individual from driving, including issuing a Disqualification Notice (DN) after detecting a person driving with alcohol in their system. Licence disqualifications and cancellations are court ordered outcomes, which are matters for the Department of Justice.
