In light of the Water Corporation Annual Report 2011, I ask;
(a) how many restriction of supply notices have been issued to Water Corporation customers;
(b) how many customers have contacted the Water Corporation expressing difficulty with payments;
(c) how many Water Corporation customers have requested and or entered into a payment plan;
(d) how many customers have been pursued through legal avenues over non-payment of bills and what was the outcome of this action; and
(e) how many applications for the Hardship Utility Grant Scheme (HUGS) have been received by the Water Corporation?
