Hon Nick Goiran questions the Attorney General regarding amendments to the Charitable Trusts Regulations 2025, specifically concerning the catalyst, consultation process, and any raised concerns. The Attorney General's response indicates a submission from Minderoo Foundation prompted the changes and that consultations occurred with several key stakeholders, none of whom raised concerns.
