(a) Yes
(b) (i)– (vi) As at 17 August 2017: An email dated 3 May 2017 on behalf of Ms Amanda Reid requested a general catch up with my Chief of Staff. The meeting has not yet occurred. An email dated 17 May 2017 from Ms Reid to my Chief of Staff enclosed a copy of a letter from the WA Police Union and advised a hard copy the letter had been couriered to the Ministerial Office. The correspondence was considered as per usual practice. Ministerial staff and myself may have had contact with representatives for administrative purposes or may have had social contact.
