For those Local Governments without a community standpipe (<25mm), the Water Corporation has offered to assist by:
Downsizing an existing commercial standpipe to a community standpipe free of all charges;
Or
Installing a new community standpipe free of installation costs with the local authority only required to pay the headworks charge.
