parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
(1) Did the
business case for the Perth Freight Link undertake a qualitative assessment of
alternative options?
(2) If yes to (1), what were the four highest rated options?
(3) Did the
business case consider bringing forward the building of a second port in
Cockburn Sound with alternative road and rail links?
(4) If yes to (3), why was this option rejected?
(5) In no to (3), why not?
