The freehold land subject of Certificate of Title Volume 2195 Folio 626 previously comprised in Certificate of the Title Volume 705 Folio 9 (the land) was purchased by contract of sale on a terms basis at the then market value by the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority (MRPA) as it then was on 11 August 1976.
