The purpose of the funding was to provide landscape imporvements in keeping with the heritage of the park and in accordance with the City of Bunbury's endorsed community plan. The funding agreement includes provision for descendants of pioneers buried at the cemetery to place memorial plaques at a reasonable cost in accoradance with Council policy.
