For each month from January to June 2017, and from January to June 2018, can the Minister advise: (a) the number of assaults recorded against nurses in the Western Australian health system; (b) the hospitals that those assaults occurred at; (c) the area/department of the hospital at which those assaults occurred; (d) the number of assaults reported to police; (e) the number of nurses that took sick or stress leave as a result of those assaults, where such information is recorded; (f) the total number of hours sick leave and stress leave taken as a result of those assaults, where such information is recorded; (g) the number of nurses that resigned or retired as a result of an assault, where such information is recorded; and (h) the total number of Code Blacks and at which hospitals they occurred?
