Further to my question without notice, and with particular regard to the acting general manager of the Office of Aboriginal Health, Mr Colin Xanthis - (1) Have Office of Aboriginal Health funds been used to pay for personal legal fees for grievances against Mr Xanthis? (2) If yes to (1), how much? (3) Has Mr Xanthis had any previous grievance procedures brought against him during his employment in the Department of Health and its related services? (4) If yes to (3), what are the details? (5) How many grievance procedures have been resolved with disciplinary action against him? (1) Consistent with the response to question without notice, Department of Health funds have not been used to pay for personal legal fees.  An amount of $4 433 was paid for legal advice about a grievance concerning a range of issues in the Office of Aboriginal Health. (2) Not applicable. (3)-(6) Individual staffing matters are the responsibility of the chief executive officer under section 29(1) of the Public Sector Management Act.  It is not appropriate to discuss such issues publicly.
