(1) Do the costings for option 2 and option 3 include any costs that
are currently being paid or collected by the Disability Services Commission
and/or the Department of Health?
(2) If yes to (1), how much are these costs?

The answer I have is correct, but I suspect that the question
may have been asked in a different way to get a different answer.
(1) No. The
costs included in the green paper are to fund care for people catastrophically
injured in crashes from a future scheme implementation date.
