COMMISSION — SHAREFARMING AGREEMENTS REVIEW
769. Hon DIANE EVERS to the minister representing the
Minister for Forestry:
I refer to payments to sharefarmers
and the article ''Call for FPC to stump up'' published in The
West Australian of 13 July 2020, which stated —
The FPC, which reports to Forestry
Minister Dave Kelly, said it was in arbitration with one farmer over the issue
and would soon review past payments to landowners.
(1) What is the
scope of the review, including the number of sharefarming agreements and the
years for which they will be reviewed?
(2) Has a review of these past
payments now been conducted?
(3) If no to (2), when will it be
conducted and when is it anticipated to be completed?
(4) If yes to (2), who conducted
the review and what was the outcome?
(5) If yes to (2), will the
minister table the report?
