the House representing the Minister for Finance:
I refer to question without notice
675 of 30 June in relation to lot 302 Iris Avenue, Dalkeith and the successful
offer by the Sultan of Johor.
(1) Was the unconditional offer by
the sultan made via TM Residential?
(2) If yes to (1), on what date was
the offer presented to government by TM Residential?
(3) If no to (1),
how was the offer by the sultan presented; to whom was the offer presented; and
on what date was it presented?
(4) Between 1
November 2014 and 1 June 2015, did any staff from the Department of Finance
attend meetings involving the sultan, or persons representing the sultan, as
part of the offer?
(5) If yes to
(4), what were the dates of the meetings; and what are the names of all persons
present at the meetings?
