I have a supplementary question.
Given that all capital works money has been taken out of the budget for this
key project for two elections, can the minister confirm whether the
redevelopment of Royal Perth Hospital will take place in this term of office?

We have three years to go to achieve
that promise. We will know exactly what the costings will be over the next
year. Before the next budget, we will know exactly what the decision will be
about what redevelopment will take place, and we will know exactly what the
costs will be. Then it will be my task to find the additional funds to complete
