GERALDTON G4S CUSTODIAL SERVICES TRANSPORT FACILITY
I refer to the Geraldton facility of the prisoner transport company G4S and the independent investigation commissioned by Nathan Fry, Principal Inspector of WorkSafe, in response to claims by former acting supervisor Geoff Barkla of being bullied. (1) Who conducted this investigation? (2) Was any action taken against any officer; and, if so, who and why? (3) Were there any findings against G4S, and, if so, what were they?
