Currently, a new five year State Road Funds to Local Government Agreement for 2005/06 to 2009/10 is being negotiated with the Western Australian Local Government Association. (a) Funding allocations provided in the 2004/05 Budget to the Regional Road program were maintained at the 2003/04 level of $23.64 million. Future funding allocations will be determined through the annual Budget process.
Currently, a new five year State Road Funds to Local Government Agreement for 2005/06 to 2009/10 is being negotiated with the Western Australian Local Government Association. The new Agreement will determine the level of State funding for local roads over that period.
