(1) Is the Minister for Energy aware that Western Power has to comply with S175ZE of the State Electoral Act 1907 as confirmed by the Minister for Parliamentary and Electoral Affairs on October 10 2000?
(2) Given this, will the Minister detail expenditure incurred by Western Power under this section for the financial years -
(a) 1997-1998;
(b) 1998-1999; and
(c) 1999-2000?
(3) If not, why not?
